Patti Frawley is a psychotherapist and co-founder of the Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness. At the center of her work is the recognition of our mind/body/spirit connection and our inherent potential for change, growth, and well-being. She embraces a holistic view to address a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem, life transitions and relationship concerns. Through the qualities of awareness, acceptance, compassion, and insight, Patti encourages healing and growth to engage fully with life.

In addition, Patti offers groups and retreats that help cultivate being present and vibrant in life. She co-facilitates Mindfulness for Living, an eight week meditation course, to foster living more fully through present moment awareness. She also leads a year-long group called Deepening Mindfulness: An Ongoing Practice. Patti offers residential retreats that support a contemplative experience of being.

Patti's training includes her M.A. in Psychological Counseling from the University of Notre Dame as well as 20 years of study in meditation and holistic methods. For 25 years, she has practiced psychotherapy in clinical settings and private practice. Patti is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Limited License Psychologist, and is a participating provider with most health insurance plans.
