Coming to Ground: Yoga Flow

Just as fruits, vegetables, and leaves fall to ground, let us take time to settle our abundant beings upon the earth. As we root down into earth's rhythm may we find energy, strength, and stability in our body, mind, and heart. This yoga flow class is wonderful for beginners as well as for those interested in a calming and rejunenating series of poses that flow from the inside out.
