We often live with underlying feelings of inadequacy, fear, resistance, negativity, grief or depressions that permeate our life like an undercurrent pulling us away from peace, fulfillment and joy. We can easily lose faith and trust in the basic goodness of life and get caught up in trying to "fix" one's life to be happy. This rarely lasts.

Perhaps there is another way: Radical Acceptance is an approach based in mindfulness practice that cultivates awareness, openness, and compassion in order to fully embrace one's self, experiences, and life. Grounded in the belief that basic goodness is a natural state that exists in you and in all life, a natural intelligence and wisdom exist to draw upon. Confidence, inner strength, insight, and an open heart develop, inspiring a courageous response to life. Radical Acceptance promotes being fully present and aware, open and empowered. It opens the door to inner and outer peace and unconditional joy.

Blending the wisdom and psychology of east and west, group sessions will include guided meditations, contemplation, and facilitated group process supported by selected readings. Register by January 4.
